Welcome to Bonnie Takes the Stairs
Welcome to Bonnie Takes the Stairs! I have been enjoying the ups and downs (chuckle) of stair climb events since 2008. The benefits from training and participating in stair climbs are absolutely wonderful. I am looking forward to getting back to stair climbing.
If you are interested in stair climbing, the first step is to visit your doctor. By all means, make sure you are healthy enough to train and participate in such a physical demanding event. After getting clearance from your doctor, sign up for a stair climb (see left column for stair climbs). Keep in mind there are registration fees and fundraising requirements. The stair climb websites offer tips for training and tools for fundraising. Research, train, and enjoy the experience.
